Ingredients A to Z: Why You Need Copper Peptides In Your Thirties (and beyond)

And just like that, it's been a year since I've posted, but as I grow annoyed at having to heavily edit down to fit all I have to say on a subject in the Instagram caption, we’re back on the mighty old blog, and we're starting with the bang - talking all about my recent discovery - copper peptides.

Multiple oilgasms: best face oils for every budget

**********This post contains both gifted and non-gifted items. Gifted mentions may also be present. All links used are affiliate.**********

Here to deliver another oilgasmic experience, it’s your favourite forever 21 trapped in a body of a grown arse woman. At 35 with tendencies to dehydrated and sensitive skin, I’m into everything that promises to soothe, nourish and calm the F down my rosacea flare-ups. And face oils do just that. Mind you, I love me a face oil on a cold winter night as much as on a humid summer evening, so I may be a little too keen on oils, yet still, there is a lot that simply doesn’t make the cut, some ‘could do’ if I didn’t have plenty other amazing formulas just waiting to drop gently onto my very dry cheeks and cocoon then with love and a healthy dose of doughnut glaze.

Here are the 3 face oils that not only make the cut but have the power to truly transform your daily skincare routine. Here’s to multiple oilgasms ladies and gents, if you dare *winky face*

Everyone may tell you otherwise, but adding an ultra hydrating step into your routine, may change your skin forever. Everyone’s skin is different but I have dealt with dryness and dehydration my whole life, so I decided to test this theory by removing it from my routine for 30 days.

The war on sunscreen

It seems that whenever we do a quick search on #sunscreen there’s a new drama lurking and calling us in. Personally,  I’m a little bored of it now. We live in such crazy times, times where information is available at a touch of a button yet we’re using it wrong. I’ve not suddenly got a med school degree, nor did I publish multiple papers on the subject of chemistry and/or biology, but let’s have a crack anyway. Why is 2021 doing us dirty with the never-ending war on sunscreen? Let’s chat.
