Daytime smokey eyes. Urban Decay Naked 3 in action.

Hello Saturday, the day I get to have the best makeup just to go weekly shopping lol. Yes, my life is pretty sad ha ;)

I have to admit I don't lack in eyeshadow palettes department. Most of them are just there as it's impossible to give them all the love they need and deserve. I kind of forgot about Naked 3 lately and it's been a while since last time I've used it. So I had to sit down and create a makeup look for you using this amazing palette.

If you like pinks, if you are pale with blue/grey eyes this is the one palette you will ever need (want and have is another story lol).

Let's talk about my look. Firstly I prepped the base using Maybelline Dream Flawless Nude foundation in shade Ivoire. I, then contoured my cheeks, nose and forehead using Kobo Matt Bronzing & Contouring Powder in Sahara Sand. As a highlight I used Jelly Pong Pong All Over Glow and set my under eye area with Elf HD Undereye Setting Powder. I always do my brows before I start any eye makeup, am I the only one that does it? They frame my eye and give me a better visualisation for later stage. I used Makeup Revolution I Tint My Brows in Fairest.

I started by priming my eyes with a sample of Urban Decay Original Eye Primer, that I've gotten with purchase of Naked palette. I then dusted Strange, which is a beige matte shade, in the crease and above it to help me with blending later. I used Limit as a transition colour. I love using Limit, it's such a beautiful taupe with pink undertones. So pretty !! I started to smoke out the outer corner with Darkside which is an incredible shade, very dark, almost purple taupe with slight sheen to it. I continued blending and adding colour until I was satisfied with the outcome. I used my finger to apply a mixture of Dust and Trick to achieve better payoff. I applied it at the middle, slightly blending it in, again with my finger. For the inner corner I chose matte beige again to intensify the shimmer in the mid section. For the lower eyelid I lined my outer corner waterline with black eye kohl and blended it out with Darkside. I  then added a little of Dust and Trick in the middle and leaving inner corner matte again. I finished with one coat of Maybelline Falsies.

For my lips I mixed a little of Freedom Makeup Pro Melts Lipgloss in Up and Makeup Revolution Lip Lava in Unleash. And there you have it :)

In my opinion this look is a little daring, but beautiful. It enhances the colour of my eyes and makes them very smoky and sexy :) I would wear it for both during a day and evening as I like smoky eyes for daytime as well as drinks after work kinda thing.

I hope you like my today's look and I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Let me know what you think ladies :)

Thanks for reading.
