GET UN-READY WITH ME: MID-WEEK NIGHT IN #AD

Get un-ready with me with Panasonic, Soap & Glory, Magnitone, Nabilak, Nail HQ and Ciate

Winter has come. Saying that in the middle of British Summer may sound silly to some, but for my loyal Game of Thrones fans, I know you understand my excitement. We've waited so long! I have an amazing experience planned with me, sofa and GoT on repeat. I'll sneak in some beauty treatments of course, because what better way to mask than watching great series? Having a new TV would make my experience better and the time will come to finally buy one (my MacBook isn't cutting it anymore!). I have couple of weeks abroad planned first and then off shopping I go. I'm thinking a 4K TV is a much needed treat, so I can finally enjoy the experience. Imagine watching GoT on first class UHD TV Panasonic?! Can't wait!!!

Heels, bra and makeup off. Those are the first things I do when I walk in through the door after a long day in the office. I've been loving Magnitone BareFaced Facial Cleansing Brush* lately. I love deep cleansing and this sonic brush ensures my skin is clean, exfoliated and toned at the same time. It's also fully waterproof so you can use it in the shower, cutting the time in half! It has an automated switch off after a minute, so no longer do you need to worry if you used it enough or too much! I haven't experienced any purging with this device either and whilst I may not use it everyday, I choose it on days where I want my treatments to really work and require a deep cleanse first!

My senses are then awoken by Nabilak Frangipani and Argan Oil Sugar Body Scrub* with the tropical fragrance and all natural ingredients. My skin always feels so soft after using it and I don't need a moisturiser after as a blend of oils nourishes and hydrates my skin. Brilliant for hot summer days when you want your skin to feel and look its best. The fragrance lingers too, making the shower or bath experience even more memorable.

Come on, come on, put a TV on

I swear my mini titles are getting worse and worse with every post (god am I rhyming again? Somebody stop me!!!). As I mentioned above, I can't wait to finally buy a new TV and I have my eyes set on Panasonic TX-65DX902 and the crisp contrast and incredible colours will surely make my tv series experience even more pleasurable. I love catching up on my shows with Grey's Anatomy and The Big Bang Theory every Friday (except for summer hiatus of course!) and shows such as Game of Thrones (for the eternal love of Kit Harrington), The Walking Dead (who doesn't like a good Zombie scare!), Outlander (because there's no such love as Jamie and Claire's!) and recently Grimm (ok, here I like a combination of good Wesen scare and the methaphore of us all hiding a monster within plus that sneaky Grimm-Hexenbeast romance! Nick and Adalind forever here!)

Little Face-time

No me time can be completed without a great mask and Soap & Glory takes care of my face and under eye needs. If you're stressed (who isn't right?) so is your skin. Give yourself a mini facial with Soap & Glory Party Recovery Radiance-Boosting Mask. This sheet mask is enriched with white flower brightening complex, lotus flower, cherry blossom, vitamin C and cult rooibos tea extract working together to give you the glow, glow, glow! I love brightening masks and this one works so well! In only 20 minutes my skin feels plumped up, hydrated and looks so radiant. Oh and did I mention the amazing fruity scent (Is it only me that smells grapefruit here?). It!: almost expected from S&G to produce incredible scents and they haven't disappointed me yet!

Watching TV however interesting can be daunting on our eyes. With 8 hours in the office, another 3-4 on my phone/laptop blogging and catching up on socials, adding to that time can make our under-eyes tire and age quicker (Sad times I know!). Don't you worry your pretty head, as Soap & Glory Puffy Eye Attack Brightening Hydrogel Patches are here to help. Enriched with cucumber extract and Puffease Technology (I mean LOL what a name right?) they brighten, hydrate and get rid of those pesky under-eye lines with prolonged use. The brightening is instant of course and in 30 minutes (that's half of GoT episode!!) you'll find yourself wanting to use them every day. Helpful tip: keep them in fridge for more powerful puff-off!

Get that nail on

I'm not a huge fan of manicures at home. Not because the products are bad, far from it, I'm just so bloody lazy and can't file my own nails if my life depended on it. #badmaniqueen here! However I recently discovered some great nail care products that deserve a shout-out! I found Ciate Nail Goddess Serum on sale in TKMaxx and love this base primer. It gives my nail bed a little healthy polished glow and makes a nail polish application even easier. My nails appear to grow quite nicely with the serum applied every two days when I change my nail polish. Nail HQ Cuticle Oil* was kindly sent to me by lovely Giulia from Catalyst PR (shout-out to you girl!) and it's been a godsend! I bite my cuticles when I'm stressed (which is all the time people!) and even when I try and stop, my cuticles look worse for wear. No longer! I love how easy it is to care for my cuticles and with the fine brush, the application takes 30 seconds tops! I apply it once my manicure's done and at least twice a day after. It helped my nails and cuticles immensely. It sinks in quickly but I like to help the process by massaging it all in. I've been sharing it with the nail obsessed bestie at work & she loves it too! I really want to try more from NailHQ, they seem like my kind of nail care brand with the innovative formulas! Can't wait to test it some more.

  14. What a great pamper night, I don't watch GOT but loved PLL, and did like Americal Horror Story but the 1st and 3rd series were definitely the best for me, I stopped watching the last series, the first is really good though and you don't need to watch any of the others :) My daughter has to watch the walking dead for her 3rd year at uni xxx

  15. I usually like to lounge around with a sheet mask while watching TV. Truthfully I haven't been watching any recently especially everything that we taped got deleted because the TV dude reprogrammed the TV when we moved. I was looking forward to watch the final season of 12 Monkeys but now we probably have to rent it. :-(
