CHOCOLATE SMOKEY EYE WITH A TOUCH OF COLOUR FEAT. MAKEUP GEEK, CHANEL & SLEEK

Today's look has been inspired by one of my favourite beauty vloggers Maxineczka. If you are looking to update your smokey eye routine and play around with colours a little, this could be a look for you. I absolutely love the finished effect, so if you'd like to know how I achieved this look, please continue to read.

FACE:
  • Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Cream in Ivory
  • Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
  • ELF Underye Setting Powder
  • Lancôme Poudre Majeur Excellence Compact Pressed Powder
  • Vita Liberata Mineral Bronzer
  • Sleek Face Form in Fair (contour & highlight shades)
  • Estee Lauder Signature Blush in Peach Nuance
LIPS:
  • MAC Lip Liner in Soar
  • Chanel Velvet Allure Lipstick in La Raffinée
BROWS:
  • ModelCo More Brows in Light/Medium

EYES:

I started off by priming the entire eyelid and the brow bone with Color Tattoo Creme de Rose and setting it with mixture of Makeup Geek White Lies & Sorbet.
I started in the mid lid with MUG Cocoa Bear blending it & adding colour as I went along. To darken up the outer corners I used MUG Cherry Cola, Bitten & Americano. I blended out the shades just above the crease with MUG Peach Smoothie & Baby Face
For the lower lid I started with MUG Cherry Cola, Bitten & Americano in the outer corner (around 1/3 of the lower lid) and blended it out towards inner corner (leaving it softly blended) with Cocoa Bear. To ensure the smokiness of the lower lid, I blended it all out with Peach Smoothie
For the inner corners I used MUG Magic Act (foiled finish) blending it slightly towards the mid lid.
For my waterline I used NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk and set the outer half with Sleek Del Mar Vol 1 shade Bora Bora & the inner half with Sleek Del Mar Vol 2 shade Feel Euphoric.
I finished the look with two coats of L'Oreal False Lash Sculpt Mascara.

I hope you enjoy the finished look. As always let me know what you think in the comments section below and if you do recreate it please tag me on Instagram or use #iDorottka :)

Thank you for reading,
Love

    1. I can't take the credit for waterline as I was inspired by an amazing Joanna aka Maxineczka :) i used different Products and changed the whole look by shading it differently (ah the hooded eyes) but the idea has been inspired by her Work :) xx

  9. Ahhh, cudnie Ci to wyszło <3 Śliczne blendowanie. Widzę, że też czasem nie robisz kreski do takiego cieniowania - ja też, ponieważ wolę, żeby było mi jednak widać trochę pomalowanej cieniem powieki :P Akurat też ostatnio sobie odtwarzałam na różne sposoby makijaż Maxi (ten o: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qb9sPS_V8jU) i chyba zaraz wstawie zdjęcie na insta :D
