Magazine beauty treats #1

Ok, so I love freebies. Who doesn't? I also love beauty and fashion and I love to stay current with the trends. I typically buy most of fashion magazines out there but when it comes to freebie months I'm first to pick them up.
I was able to snatch few lovely bits on my rounds to the newsagents so without a further blah blah let's start with, what hopefully will turn in to, a monthly feature.
I picked up 4 titles this month as they all featured some beauty items and I'm excited to try and test them all.

Firstly Marie Claire and two mini nail polishes from Ciate. I used to be obsessed with Ciate and I also adore the idea of mini nail polishes as I have never been able to actually finish the bottle before it dries out. I grabbed mine in the shade Sugar Plum. This is a lovely pastel lilac. Perfect for summer and it'll safely take you to autumn as well. The second mini in the set is Mattnificent which, as you probably guessed it is a matte top coat. I've tried few matte top coats and I'd love to compare them all for you in the future. Matte is still quite an IT trend for your nails so this fits perfectly and it's a lovely add on to already awesome mag!! Marie Claire is £3.99 and available in all good newsagents.

What drove me to the shop was the new issue of In Style magazine featuring a sample of the newly launched and already hyped about St. Tropez In Shower Gradual Tan Lotion. It promises a natural looking, sun kissed effect tanned with the add on of Sweet Almond Oil it should leave our skin moisturised as well. I shall be testing this out soon and I will report back with a full review !! This is a 50ml sample available with the purchase of In Style for £3.99.

I also picked up a copy of new Cosmo featuring New CID London i-intense High Intense Volumizing Mascara. It's full size and comes in black. There are also lip glosses to be picked up from the same brand but I prefer mascara as it'll be nice to test a brand new brand.

Lastly Elle magazine comes with The Organic Pharmacy minis trio set. This includes Antioxidant Lip Balm with Shea Butter and Acai. It's 5 ml and there's always a room for a new lip balm. Next there's a 10ml Rose Facial Cleansing Gel. I don't necessarily like rose smell but I will give this one a go and report back. We also get to try Double Rose Rejuvenating Face Cream. Again - rose. I really, and I mean really don't like rose smell but I am always up for testing a new moisturiser, especially one that promise a radiant glow to your skin.

I hope you will find this post useful, but please let me know if you'd like me to let you know of magazine freebies in the current months. If so, I will happily continue this feature in the upcoming months. Let me know if you picked any of these up and what did you think of the products?

Thank you for reading and see you next time.
Love,

Dorota x
